Hi, I’m Victoria Kluge, the founder of VAK Consulting, LLC — where emergency management meets game design.
After years of building and leading emergency management exercises for one of the world’s busiest airports, I saw a gap: most trainings were informative, but not memorable. They checked boxes but didn’t truly engage the people they were meant to prepare.
So I began reimagining exercises as interactive stories — ones that challenge teams to think critically, communicate clearly, and make real-time decisions under pressure. From D&D-inspired EOC role-playing games to escape-room–style simulations and digital crisis scenarios, my goal is simple:
